The whole section is 18039 square meters and zoned for future urban under the Auckland Unitary Plan. The old house on the site has been demolished; the outdoor swimming pool and garden have been kept. The new build house is massive; 1117.31 square meters of oor area, a 236.04 square meters indoor swimming pool added the unique feature of the mansion. The exterior wall adopted a special material called Oamaru Stone, which is exploited from the south island, making the building splendid, waterproof and solid. |
