There was an old house on the cross leased land, we converted the cross lease tile to fee simple. According to the owner’s requirement we came up with a perfect design and build solution; we demolished the old house and build a nice family house which ticks all the boxes. 289 square meters of oor area, 5 bedrooms 4 bathrooms plus 2 living rooms, 513 square meters of fully fence and gated private yard. |
